We provide classes for all ages and abilities with a mix of dance and fitness styles, adapted to suit a variety of levels of fitness.
Established sessions are run throughout the week at local village facilities and now online. We can also offer these classes into your local community group settings online and within the settings.

Jane Simons is a qualified Instructor/Tutor with over thirty five years combined experience in dance, fitness and teaching. Jane has always worked with both adults, children and young people and believes that exercise is a great way to improve socialisation, isolation, co-ordination, mobility, flexibility, balance, tone and strengthen core muscles.
Community is at the heart of all Jane's classes as she feels that by bringing people together through exercise encourages friendships, fun and improves overall health and well being.
