BEND, STRETCH, FLEX
A combination class of dance & tai chi inspired stretches, lower paced dance fitness and ballet barre using a chair as a barre. Exercises to help improve balance, flexibility, co-ordination, mobility & core strength. Lower impact /easier options given. If limited mobility whole or part of the class can be taken in a chair or wheelchair.

STANDING, STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Combination class which combines a mix of standing Pilates stretch exercises, leg and core strength and conditioning exercises for an all over body workout. Pilates stretch starts to unwind the body as you build up the moves in the Swing dances and centre on the core with the conditioning exercises.

PILATES STRETCH & BARRE
Standing stretches set to music with the optional use of the chair as a barre for some exercises. Exercise for the mind as well as the body. Centres on the core and whole body to help strengthen and tone you whilst improving balance and mobility. Class can be done on a chair. Great class to relax you, returning from having a baby, dislike floor exercises or in older age looking to maintain flexibility and mobility.

STEP, SWAY, RELEVE
DANCE, FITNESS AND CONDITIONING ALL IN ONE CLASS!

A combination class that uses three different styles of exercise; dance, fitness and conditioning to improve muscle tone, core strength, balance, co-ordination and flexibility. Includes dance styles such as Swing, jive, salsa, lindy hop, cumbian, burlesque, pop. All abilities welcome.
