Online Exercise Classes - Disclaimer
Before joining an exercise class please make sure you have read the below release and waiver of
liability and fully understand its contents and agree to follow it:
- You are fit and well enough and have consulted with your doctor prior to taking up exercise.
- If a new health issue has occurred that would stop you from participating please DO NOT
- STOP if you feel unwell during the class.
- You have checked the area where you are exercising to make sure there are no obstacles or hazards.
- Make sure the room is well lit, and you try to remain in frame at all times, so we can see you.
- You acknowledge that classes may be physically strenuous, which may cause personal injury, and you
are voluntarily participating whilst fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
- You are responsible for choosing and taking suitable modifications during the class and if you
choose to divert from the general instructions you are doing so at your own discretion.
