Online Exercise Classes - Disclaimer

Before joining an exercise class please make sure you have read the below release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents and agree to follow it:

  • You are fit and well enough and have consulted with your doctor prior to taking up exercise.
  • If a new health issue has occurred that would stop you from participating please DO NOT participate.
  • STOP if you feel unwell during the class.
  • You have checked the area where you are exercising to make sure there are no obstacles or hazards.
  • Make sure the room is well lit, and you try to remain in frame at all times, so we can see you.
  • You acknowledge that classes may be physically strenuous, which may cause personal injury, and you are voluntarily participating whilst fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
  • You are responsible for choosing and taking suitable modifications during the class and if you choose to divert from the general instructions you are doing so at your own discretion.
